  1. Select File->Load->Images from the Main Window)

    Select 1 series (T1, T2, or PD)

    Press Load

  2. Select Roi/Voi->Create/Modify from the Main Window

    Draw a region of interest on each slice to contain only the white, gray, and csf

    Select File->Save->Files from the Main Window

    Enter sub in Extension

    Select Macro

    Select All Images & Save

    Press Start Macro, End Macro, and Run Macro

    Press Cancel in Save Files Dialog

    Press Cancel in the Roi/Voi Dialog

  3. Select File->Load->Files

    Select Patient

    Enter sub* in Description and press Enter

    Select Match Locations

    Select all regions of interest

    Press Load

    Press Cancel

  4. Select Roi/Voi->Create/Modify from the Main Window

    Select Image Processing

    Press Subimage

    Press Ok

    Press Cancel in the Roi/Voi dialog

    Select File->Save->Images from the Display Window

    Press Save

    Press Cancel

  5. Close the Dislay Window

    Repeat Steps 1, 3-5 for the other 2 series

  6. Select File->Load->Images

    Select all Volume of Interest studies for one patient study

    Select one location (somewhere in the center)

    Press Load

  7. Select Roi/Voi->Create/Modify

    Set Draw function to Automatic

  8. Select Analyze->Segmentation

    1. Select image with best white matter

    2. Press left button over white matter

    3. Enter white in the File dialog (replacing r1) and press Enter

      Repeat steps a,b,c for gray matter and csf

    4. Press Fltr Img

    5. Press Repeat

      Reselect all Volume of Interest studies for the patient study

      Press Ok

  9. Select File->Load->Images

    Select the Segmentation series for the patient study

    Enter white* in the Description

    Press Load

  10. Select File->Load->Files

    Select Patient

    Enter sub* in Description and press Enter

    Select Match Locations

    Select all regions of interest

    Press Load

    Press Cancel

  11. Select Roi/Voi->Create/Modify

    Change Current Image to All Images (2D)

    Select File->Save->Images

    Enter white in the Extension

    Press Cancel

    Press Stat

    Press Ok

    Press Cancel in the Roi/Voi dialog

  12. Close the Display Window

Repeat Steps 9-12 for the gray matter images and the csf images.
