Draw a single
region of interest point for the reference spectra. (See
Irregular for details on drawing a
single point for the region of interest). The current spectra will be
used as the reference spectra if no point is selected.
Note
Use the middle mouse button to view the spectra under each
point, then use the left mouse button to select the desired point.

Press Cancel
in the Region of Interest/Volume of Interest
Dialog to dismiss the dialog.

Use the middle
mouse button on the histogram to select a calibration peak.

Press 'h'
on the keyboard and enter a value for PPM that corresponds to the
selected peak.

Enter a minimum
value for Baseline (1st pass) to search for peaks in the other
spectra. All values below the minimum value will be ignored when
determining peaks. The middle mouse button can be used to set this
value from the Spectroscopy Histogram.

Enter a lower
value for (2nd pass) if the first pass fails to find 2 peaks.
The middle mouse button can be used to set this value from the Spectroscopy
Histogram.

Enter a higher
value for (Max). All peaks found above this values will be
ignored. This value is set when the Baseline (1st pass) is set
using the middle mouse button.

Press Ok,
in the Spectroscopy dialog, to perform susceptibility processing. The
Image Selection dialog will come
up for the selection of images (See
Select Images).
