Draw a single region of interest point for the reference spectra. (See Irregular for details on drawing a single point for the region of interest). The current spectra will be used as the reference spectra if no point is selected.
Note
Use the middle mouse button to view the spectra under each point, then use the left mouse button to select the desired point.
-
Press Cancel in the Region of Interest/Volume of Interest Dialog to dismiss the dialog.
-
Use the middle mouse button on the histogram to select a calibration peak.
-
Press 'h' on the keyboard and enter a value for PPM that corresponds to the selected peak.
-
Enter a minimum value for Baseline (1st pass) to search for peaks in the other spectra. All values below the minimum value will be ignored when determining peaks. The middle mouse button can be used to set this value from the Spectroscopy Histogram.
-
Enter a lower value for (2nd pass) if the first pass fails to find 2 peaks. The middle mouse button can be used to set this value from the Spectroscopy Histogram.
-
Enter a higher value for (Max). All peaks found above this values will be ignored. This value is set when the Baseline (1st pass) is set using the middle mouse button.
