Spectroscopy Histogram (Spectra with Reference)

Use this window to display spectral data with the reference spectra.

Shifting spectra to match reference spectra

Select a spectra by using the middle mouse button on the Original, Shift, or Batch Analyze Images, changing the X and/or Y values in the Spectroscopy dialog, or using the 'l', 'r', 'u', or 'd' keys on the Spectroscopy Histogram.

Shift the selected spectra to align it with the Reference Spectra by doing any of the following:

bullet

Press the middle mouse button on the histogram to select a peak on the selected spectra and enter the number, n, for the peak on the reference spectra to shift to.

bullet

Use the left and right arrows keys on the histogram to shift the selected spectra to the left or right one position.

bullet

Use the 'o' key to turn off the susceptibility correction for the selected spectra if it is to far off and then use the another of the methods above to align the spectra.  If the selection remains off, the pixel will be tagged as unaligned and will not be used in Batch Analyze processing.
