Batch Analyze Processing

  1. Modify parts per million, in Left and Right, for each substance image to create, as needed.

  2. Use the More and Less buttons to add or remove substances.

    1. Enter a name, in # n,  for each new substance image.

    2. Enter parts per million, in Left and Right, for each new substance image to create.

  3. Press Ok, in the Spectroscopy dialog, to perform batch analysis processing. The Image Selection dialog will come up for the selection of images (See Select Images).

Calculate Smooth Images

Select Calculate Smooth Images to apply a 9x9 low-pass spatial filter to the Substance Images.

Normalize to Creatine

Select Normalize to Cr to normalize all substance images, including the smoothed images, to the value of Creatine at the reference pixel.  The image data will be multiplied by 1000 and the scale factor for normalizing to Creatine will be placed in the Dicom header field Rescale Slope.  This scale factor is ignored in eigentool, unless the UnS button is used in the Math dialog.

Press Ok to perform batch analysis.

Press Cancel to remove the Batch Analyze dialog.

Press Help to display help for the Batch Analyze dialog.
