Analyze->Create Dummy Image
Select Create Dummy Image to create a blank localizer image for the purpose of loading raw spectroscopy data that does not have localizer images. Dicom header information will be filled in by loading a GE LX spectrosocpy P-file.
|
 |
Analyze->Combine (Loc + Spect)
Select Combine (Loc + Spect) to combine the peak images (result images from running Batch Analyze) with the original localizer image. The tagged region of interest created when running Susceptibility will be used to determine which pixels to use from each image.
Note
The images needs to be the same size, use Image Size Zoom before running Batch Analyze so that the peak images will be the same size as the localizer image.

Print->Save Histogram
Select Save Histogram to save the displayed histogram as a Dicom Image.
Note
Make sure the histogram is not covered by any other windows before selecting this option. A snapshot will be taken of the histogram and then converted to a Dicom image file. The console will beep when the image has been saved.
