Region of Interest/Volume of Interest Dialog (Macro Processing)

Macro Operations

bullet

Press Start Macro to start a new macro, all button and display events will be tracked in order.  Perform the desired drawing, modifying, processing, and morphological functions.

Press End Macro to stop tracking the button and display events.

bullet

Press Run Macro to perform all the defined button and display events in the order they were defined.

bullet Select Current Image to perform the macro on the current image only. Use this option to run the macro on another single image after a macro definition has been made on an image.
bullet Select All Images to perform the macro on all the images in the same browser.
bullet Select All Images & Save to perform the macro on all the images in the same browser.   The region of interest is saved for each slice with the user-supplied extension (see Extension).

Press Copy Roi will copy the current region of interest to the remaining images in the browser. 

Note

This will not copy regions to images before the current image. If there is no region of interest, the remaining images will have the regions of interest erased.

Macro Load/Save/Edit Operations

The following functions allow the user to store macro definitions for later use in a global macro definition file that is shared by all users.  The macro definitions can be reloaded, edited, and deleted.

Macro Definition

View and edit the current macro definition.

bullet

Macro List

The global list of macros that are available to all users for loading and editing.

bullet

Press Update when user-supplied changes to the macro definition are complete.

bullet

Press Load to load the selected macro from the macro list into the macro definition, any existing macro definition will be cleared.

bullet

Press Save to save the current macro definition and add it to the macro list.

bullet

Enter a name in the macro name field.

bullet

Press Delete to delete the selected macro from the macro list.

Warning

This deletes the macro for all users.
