Press Subimage to subimage the original images using
the volume of interest.
Note
This will also subimage all images selected in the
Image Load dialog (see
Select Images) using the location to match to the correct slice of the
volume of interest.
Press Correct to correct the eigenimages by finding the
largest peak between 0.75 and 1.5 on the spatial histogram of the region of
interest for the slice. The eigenimage will be scaled to move the peak to
1.0.
