M, S

Press M,S to calculate the means and standard deviations of each peak for the current histogram.  Once calculated, the peaks will be drawn and labeled on the histogram. Bars above the line are for maximum peaks and bars below the line are for minimum peaks.

Enter a value, # S, for the number of standard deviations to use when calculating the range for each peak.

Clear M,S

Press Clear M,S to clear all means and standard deviations. The peaks will no longer be drawn and labeled on the histogram.

Stats

Press Stats to calculate statistics for the region, or volume, of interest. (See Statistics for Regions (or Volumes) of Interest for help on modifying how the statistics are calculated)

Rank

Press Rank to print the lower and upper ranked values determined by the user-supplied percentiles.  A file will be created for the image which contains all the rank values for each gray level under the region of interest, as well as the # points, percentiles, K values, and lower, upper rank values.

Enter the lower and upper percentile values, in %, %, for the rank determination.

Min/Max

Press Min/Max to calculate the minimum and maximum points on a Spatial Histogram.

Enter the number of bins to look ahead, in Look Ahead, to determine if the slope is sufficient for picking a minimum of maximum.

Cancel

Press Cancel to remove the Plot Analysis  window.
