histogram. Bars above the line are for maximum peaks and bars below the line

to print the lower and upper ranked values determined by the user-supplied
percentiles. A file will be created for the image which contains all
the rank values for each gray level under the region of interest, as well as
the # points, percentiles, K values, and lower, upper rank values.

to calculate the minimum and maximum points on a
Spatial Histogram.
