Partition
This text entry
and menu allows the user to enter a partition and select any
Path within that partition.
To change
partitions, highlight and overwrite the current selection and hit Enter.
Use the menu provided to select a Path within that
partition. |

Path
This select any
path within the user-selected Partition. Use the
menu provided to select the path. (See Format
for detailed directory structure information).

Format
This selection
allows the user to specify which file format the files will be saved in.
Each format displays the directory structure that will be created, items in
bold should exist with the exact spelling. The Path selected in the
File Save Dialog is used in place of path below.

Hfh
Henry Ford Hospital format files
path/hfh_idbm/patient
level/file level |

DICOM Dicom format files
path/dicom_idbm/study
level/series level/file level
and
path/file level
Note
Currently only used for Regions of Interest and Signatures.
Warning
Use with caution as this option does not work with all
functions in the program, yet. Changes may be made to the file
contents and so this option should not be used other than for program
development. |

HFH format
options
|
Patient
Select the
Patient directory to save the files into. If none is selected, a folder will
be created using the patient name and date.

New Folder
Enter a new
folder name to be added to the Patient selection.
|
|
Extension
Enter an extension,
in Ext, to identify the files. |
|
|
Dicom Format
options
|
Overlay Description
Enter a
description, in Overlay Description, to identify the region of
interest files. |
|
Series Description
Enter a description, in Series Description,
to identify the report files. |
|
|
File Type
|
Region of
Interest will save the current region of interest from the selected
Browser. Files will have .roi added after the
user-supplied Extension. |

Signature
will save the current signatures from the selected
Browser. Files will have .rep added after the user-supplied
Extension. |
|
Histogram
Image will save the displayed histogram as an image, in
HFH or Dicom format. |

Browser
Select one of
1, 2, 3, 4 from Browser to indicate which browser to save files
from. |

Save
Press Save
to save the files from the selected Browser. |

Cancel
Press Cancel
to remove dialog. |

Press Help
